Terms of Use

These terms describe permitted use and important limitations of PulseKit’s calculators, browser-audio tools and educational articles.

Permitted use

You may use calculator results in personal, educational and commercial creative work. You may link to public pages and quote brief portions with attribution. The website’s design, explanatory articles and source code are not granted for wholesale republication or resale unless a separate license says otherwise.

No professional or safety advice

Results are technical estimates based on the values supplied. They are not medical measurements, hearing-safety advice, acoustic certification, legal advice or a substitute for professional engineering judgment. Always verify settings before a performance, broadcast, manufacturing process or irreversible edit.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the service, bypass security controls, send malicious traffic, misrepresent ownership of the content or use the site in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.

Accuracy and availability

PulseKit aims to test formulas and examples, but the service is provided without a promise that every result, page or audio feature will always be error-free or available. Browser behavior, device latency, rounded displays and incorrect inputs can affect practical outcomes.

Third-party resources

External documentation is linked for research and context. Those publishers do not sponsor PulseKit, and PulseKit is not responsible for their availability, content or policies.

Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PulseKit is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on a result or interruption of the service. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

Tools and terms may change as formulas, features or operating requirements evolve. Continued use after publication of revised terms means the then-current terms apply. Questions or error reports belong on the contact page.
